Rules and Motivation

Ok, so here are some of the guidelines of this process. Because it is a process, regardless of the fact that I know it will never have a final destination; I can always do better.


RULES.
No eating after 8 P.M. 
Don't buy food alone.
Don't eat alone.
Don't ask people to eat out, only agree to their request if they're suspicious.
Drink more water!
Don't bake when bored (common activity).

Motivation
Prove people wrong. Would you rather be the girl people think of as being fat or super skinny? 
BE SOMEONE ELSE'S THINSPO.
First impressions are important. What is the first thing people see? Your appearance, not personality.
Small waist.
Thin thighs.
Thin arms.
Sharp collarbones.
Defined cheekbones.
Protruding hipbones.
Flat stomach.
No saddlebags.
BE MORE IN CONTROL THAN OTHERS.
If you don't eat the food, it will just sit there. It's not going to attack you. YOU make that choice.
